Eva Batalla

Dear all, I am Eva. I know that here they call me “the boss” but in fact that is not true. I am the mother here! You know the sentences: Mum where is my…? Mum I cannot find… Mum how do I…? Mum can I… Well, this is my work at school, to behave like a mother who cares for everything with simplicity. I studied fine arts and therefore the school has this artistic touch, which characterizes it, I cannot avoid it and so I put it everywhere I move. It is more cheerful, isn´t it?

Fernando

Fernando, director of the school

Hello, Hello and Hello! I’m Fernando, although many people at the Spanish school call me Nando. This is a picture of me and my good friend Barry … I was born in Valencia and studied English and Italian Philology at University. Now I am one of the directores of TARONJA and I work mainly organizing weekly activities and international contacts for the Spanish school. Many times I’m traveling the world so that the foreign students get to know TARONJA, the coolest and most woderful Spanish school ever! The rest of the time I’m at school thinking about and planning lots of fun activities and specials so our students can have the best time of their life with us. I have many passions in my life: cooking, playing music, the mountains, organizing parties…by the way, I have a great friend named Chef Nando… 😉

Maxi

Maxi, director

My name is Maxi, I am one of the directors of Taronja Spanish School: along with Eva and Fernando. I was born in Valencia, and from the beginning on my parents thought they had a little angel. I studied Spanish Philology and fate led my steps to this wonderful Spanish school. I enjoy reading, writing (I have a book published with friends) and playing the guitar. I have a son, Maximilian V, who is better looking, smarter and nicer than I am. And, of course, he is also an angel. I am married to Carla, who is prettier, smarter and nicer than I am…Well, I have a book and a son but what is missing is planting a tree: no, I have planted many orange trees (which is the emblem tree of Valencia). So I can depart from this world peacefully, but I hope not before many, many years have gone by, so I’m going to be Maxi for a little while more 🙂 We’re waiting here for you!
