This week in Valencia we went to the beach on Thursday. We played football and volleyball. Afterwards we had a photo-competition at the beach. In the afternoon we had class until seven thirty. On Friday afternoon we visited the Fallas museum and in the evening we went out until midnight. The next day we went to Peñiscola by bus. There, we visited a castle and after that we went to the beach until four thirty. Then we visited a farm where they bring up bulls for the corrida. On Sunday we had churros with chocolate. Also, we went out on a trip to take photos. The afternoon was free. On Monday we went to see the Mercado Central and afterwards we had a cooking class. In the afternoon, we attended class. On Tuesday we had classes in the morning and in the afternoon we went out on another trip to take photos. In the afternoon we had paella with vegetables and seafood. On the next day we went to Bioparc in the morning and after that we attended class. Today we had classes in the morning and were given the rest of the day free and we went out until midnight! Valencia is very nice! :)) Names: Melissa, Marco Country: Austria This week we studied Spanish in Valencia. On the first day we met our host families and visited the school. On the next day we went to the beach and did a lot of activities their, like for example playing volleyball. In the afernoon we had classes at the school. On Friday we had classes first and then we visited the Fallas museum. In the evening we went out with other people. On Saturday we went to Peñiscola. There, we visited a castle. The next day we took lots of photos of Valencia. The afternoon was free. On Monday we visited the Mercado Central and they showed us how to make a Paella. After that we had classes. On Tuesday we were free to do what we wanted. On Wednesday we visited the Bioparc, which was very nice and today we have our last classes. On the next day some of our group went to see the Bioparc in the morning and after that we had class together. On the last day first we had classes, then we went to the beach and in the evening we went out for tapas. Valencia is a very beautiful and clean city. The people are very friendly and they always helped us a lot. Name: Bettina, Jessica Country: Austria On the first day we went to the beach and swam in the sea. In the evening we went out in the center of Valencia. On Saturday we visited Peñiscola, a city by the sea which has a lot of old and beautiful buildings. We also saw Peñiscola Castle and took a lot of photos of our trip there. On the next day we took a lot of photos of Valencia and after that we went to the beach. On Monday we went to the Mercado Central. On Tuesday we visited the church of Santa Clara and the Miguelete. In the evening we had a big paella. Valencia is a very nice city and there are a lot of old buildings. It’s a very beautiful city. Name: Carina, Katrina Country: Austria On the first day in Valencia we went to see the school with our host mothers and took a walk in the city. Then, we went to the beach, played football, and visited a lot of monuments. On Wednesday we went to the Bioparc and visited a lot of interesting museums. The people in Spain are very friendly; that’s why our stay was so good. Valencia is a very nice city and there are a lot of good restaurants where you can eat paella. Name: Adrian, Lukas Country: Austria What’s up, man? Our trip to Valencia was the best! We had the time of our lives! Our school was called Taronja School. Our teachers were Ana and María José and we worked really hard. Ana is very cute <3 We visited Peñiscola and the Miguelete and Santa Catalina in the Plaza de la Reina. We also visited the Plaza Redonda, the old university, the Fallas museum, the Cathedral of  Valencia, the roman thermae, the Basilica de la Virgen (where we saw a lot of nuns) and the Mercado Central. The paella class with Chef Nando was great and the paella was really good. We ate rabbit and seafood.Although we totally lost it because the people park their cars in the weirdest ways and they pass the traffic lights when it’s red, the trip was really wounderful. Name: NONE Country: Austria Our week in Valencia was really great and has been an incredible experience. We especially liked the sunbathing, swimming in the sea and spending time together at the beach. Valencia is the perfect place to go shopping and there are a lot of different restaurants. The weather is always nice and it didn’t rain the whole week long. The city itself has a lot of history and pompous buildings. Our group really liked the history of Santa Catalina and the Miguelete. Valencia is very big and there are lots of museums and modern buildings, like for example the Mercado Central, old cathedrals and the Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencas, which are also quite pompous. The Language School, Taronja, is a fantastic place to learn Spanish. The teachers are very friendly, funny and they really put an effort into their work. We learned a lot! The week in Valencia was great. Name: Andjela, Meli, Michaela Country: Austria Valencia is a very big and lovely city. We liked the beach very much. The Language School Taronja is small, but the classes are quite different from those we knew before. There aren’t so many students in one group, which we found very helpful. In Valencia there are many interesting monuments and many shops to buy things. The teachers at school are very friendly and they show a lot of effort. Valencia is city full of culture and it has a very interesting history. The traditions of Spain are quite different from those i Austria. It was a good week 😀 Name: Ulli, Denise, Simone Country: Austria The teachers are very friendly and funny. We didn’t like very much travelling to see all the monuments because it was very hot. The beach was very beautiful and we really liked it. The activities really tired us out, but the buildings we saw were really nice. The day we went to Peñiscola was very interesting and the view we had of the sea when we were in the castle was very beautiful. We really liked Taronja Language School because we learned a lot and the schedule was quite different from what we knew before. The school has a lot of images and colors inside and we had a lot of fun. Name: Lisa, Kathrin, Deniz, Caroline Country:Austria The teachers at the school are very friendly and funny. We learned a lot of new words at school. The people in Spain are always willing to help. They don’t know very well how to drive a car, because they park it, wherever they want. The spanish women are very beautiful and they wear really fine clothes. Valencia is a very clean city, but it’s also very loud here. It has a lot of old and interesting monuments. Hey guys from all over the world!

  We are Vicky, Anna, Viki and Veronika, we are 17 years old and from Austria. Today is de 3 of May (in 2013) and we?ve been in Valencia since 6 days. Today is our last day of spanishclass. Valencia is such a beautiful cty where are many shops for buying clothes, bags, shoes many other things. There are not onluy many posibilities for buying things there also are many interesing places which we visited. For example the museum of the Fallas, the Bioparc, a incredible zoo, laPlaza de la Reina y el Oceanográfico which is places in the  ciudad de las artes y ciencias. We also made a  tour de tapas and visited a  Paella Party -So delicious! We loved the beach. We are going to try some tipical food of Spain: Churros y Horchata! Kisses !!! Viki, Vicky, Anna y Veronika   Valencia,what a beautiful city! Or trip lasted for 9 days and we had an awesome time. In the mornings we had classes in  Taronja. The classes were really funny and our teachers Victor y Mariajo were so symphatic. We also visited old monuments and stunning buildings of the city. In the  «Tapas Tour» we were able to enjoy the spanish food. We especial liked the Oceanografico and the ciudad de las ciencias. We want to recommend the school and the city to everybody!! Stefan, Max, Lukas, Peter   Hey guys! We are Sophi, Laura, Anna-Lena and Sabrina and we live in Austria. We loved the last week. For us Valencia is a beautiful city ith many cheap shops, modern bars and old buildings. There is also a stunning parc with the name Turia. At the beginning of this week we had a Tapas Tour, at Thursday we had a Paella Party and after that we went for some drinks. At Wednesday we visited the Oceanográfico and  after that the ciudad de las ciencias. Luckely we had fantastic weather and so much heath. We also went to Beach, but only Laura liked the sea. The other day we visited the Bioparc, which is a zoo with many animals from other countries. Only at Wenesday we didn?t go to school. The teachers are really nice and the classes really funny. Hey, we’re from Austria!

The school is very Taronja! We learn much and made many jokes. First we were a bit shy but because of the symphatic  and nice teachers we aren’t anymore. The school is very cool and comfortable. We also had a lot of freat activities. We visited the beach and a view interesting museum and the  Mercado Central. We loved to cook with Chef Nando but the best was eating all the food after cooking. The most we liked the weather. We are going to miss the Tortillas,the Churros, the Sangria, the Paella, the beach and sure also the teachers..   We are Kathi and Miqui and we are from Austria. We love our country but Valencia is also very beautiful. Our hostfamilies are really nice and calmed. The house of our spanish family is magnificent and great. The mother has a really gute cat and a son with 7 years. We really liked Valencia and we’re coming back the next year. See you soon. Kathi y Miqui   Hey! We are from Austria and our names are Max and Samira. We are from the school BG Stockerau and we arrived at Spain at the 7 of april. At the airport wegot to know Marta and we went to the school. There we met our hostfamilies, Mariajo and Sonia our spanish teachers. In this week we went on many cool excursions and we saw many sides of the spanish culture because we visited many interesting and important places. We want to com back to Valencia, because it’s a really beautiful and interesting city. Max y Samira   Hey! We are Martin and Rafael. We are students from Austria from the school BG Stockerau, but the class in the school Taronja is way better for practicing spanish in a good way. We liked the teachers Mariajo and Sonia. We also enjoied the cookingclasses and really liked the Chef Nando! Our spanish families are really nice and cooked really good. We love Valencia and the weather, but it was only a bit warm. We enjoied the sun because in Austria it’s really cold now.The excursions in Valencia we’re really funny and about all we loved the beah and the sea.   This week we visited Valencia. We think it’s really beautiful. We liked the beach with the good weather the most and also the Oceanográfico. We ate churros, paella, gazpacho, tapas, patatas bravas, tortilla. The food was tasty. Our trutors were very sympatic, opened and funny. We had an awesome time with Taronja! Oceane, Clemence, Victor y Athanaise   Our experience with the school really good and Spain is so crazy (but in a good way!) and we loved the tour through Valencia. It was very interesting and all the discoveries with the school were so funny. The teacher are sympatic, very funny and the classes passed really fast by. Elsa, Ugo, Matthieu y Bugran   Our experience in Valencia was great. We are from Paris and we like the ambience from this country. We discovered the city in dribs and drabs like the cathedral, Gulliver, the Mercado Central and the beautiful streets. The spanish people are so sympatic and we laughed a lot. Sure we improved our spanish. In the morning we had class at Taronja for 4 hours with sympatic teachers and the ambience in class was great. Jeanne, Liselotte, Clara, Deborah   I liked the beach, the sun and all spanish people are so friendly. This week we went to the cathedral of Valenciaand at the beach while the weather was sunny.   We are a group of 8 students from Holland ( Tom, Jesús, Kevin, Juanes, Sjoerd, Royce, Kim, Willemyn, Anne y Malin ). We stayed one week in Valencia for learning spanish at Taronjaschool. We visited many interesing places like the city of «las artes y ciencias», the old town, Mercado Central and we ate Churros, Horchata and Paella from Chef Nando 🙂 We also had Nandos cooking class and learned how to cook croquette with ham. The school is so much fun! We had Ana and Victor as teachers. They’re so nice !! Learning was also fun. We did it for example with Games like means of transporte, sport and speak to the people on the street. We like Valencia much because it’s really warm and the people are so nice and open. ¡HOLA!

  We are 8 students from West Buckland which is in the southeast in Ingland. We’ve been in Valencia for one week ( 28/10 until the 3/11). We think that Valencia is a really beautiful city with many things to do. In general we love the beach, the city of artes y ciencias and all the shops. In the Taronjaschool we had Mariajo and Victor as teacher and they were so kind and helped us a lot. In the mornings we had some activities which helped us to get to knoew the spannish culture. Now for example we know how to cooke the spanish Tortilla and Gazpacho. For us this trip was very interesting and we had a lot of fun. It was AWESOME! Thank you some much for everything, Taronja!!!!     On Monday we visited the Mercado Central of Valeencia and after that we went to the exhibition of Andy Warhole. Tuesday we went to the old part of Valecia and after that we ate Paella at the Paellaparty. At Wednesday we visited the modern part of the city and went to the cinema to watch a spanish movie. Thursday we went to the beach and to a sportcentre where we played football. On our last day, Friday, we went to the Oceanográphic and now we’re going shopping. We had a great week.   MONDAY:At the morning we’ve been the first time in the school. At first it was a bit difficult, but we really liked it there. After that we went by bus to de city of science and art. We also visited the Ciercias museum and the Oceanográfico, but the museum wasn’t that interesing. TUESDAY:We’ve been to the Bellas Arte museum which was really interesting and nice. Later the day we ha class.. WEDNESDAY:After the lessons we had cookingclass with Chef Nando and it was awesome ( especially Nando). After that we went to the beach and it was really warm! Sydney Meuldjik, Luca Spruyt, Ouwerkerk   At Sunday we arrived in Valencia with the plane. After that we went at the middle of the city and got to know our families. At Monday was the first time we went to school and visited the city of science and art and after that we went back to school. We ate paella at a restaurant at this night. At Wednesday we only had one lesson and after that we went to the Taurino museum, the beach, the harbour and the Circuito. At Thursday we visited the hictoric city center and the Mercado Central. We bought there some presents for our families at home and later that day we had class again. Today we going to leave Valencia 🙁 but we have class at the morning one last time. IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! Coen, Willemyn, Marte valencia   This week in Valencia: At Sunday we made a tour through the city and we got to know our families at the evening. At monday we went to the school in the morning and had our first class. Later that day we went to the city of science and art… It was really nice. At Tuesday we visited the Bellas Artes museum and the Turía. After that we had class again and we had Paella for dinner at a restaurant. At Wednesday we had class at the morning and after that cookingclass whith Chef Nando. At 2 o’clock we went to the beach, swom and ate ice cream. it was perfect! At Thuersday we visited the Mercado Central and the Amina mseum. At te evening we had class and free time until 5 o’clock. Friday was the last day in Valencia.   We are Nadja, Lisbeth, Alex and Sascha from Germany. We’ve been in Valencia for one week for learning spanish at the Taronja school. We really liked Taronja becuase the teachers were openly, kind, nice and very polite. It was such a great experience ! We also made many tours for example visiting the beach, the city of science and art and the hisoric city center. It was so cool! We’ve been to the stadium of Mestalla. It was fantastic! We often ate and drank something at the Bodega Fila wth many students and teachers from the school. Today we will go to the Chupiteria ( Shotbar).It’s so great to be here!! It was AWESOME!! Sascha Koppe, Nadja Gaensewig, Liesbeth Vogt, Alexandra Martin MF3-A006 We are a group of 10 german students. We stayed for one week in Valencia. The first time we saw the school we were really surprised because the way they teach the language was so new and different for us. We saw the momuments like the cathedral and visited the city of science and art in our free time. At night we always enjoyed going to bars ad you could party in every corner in Valencia. We watched a Foodball game from the Uefa Cup, where Valecia took part, too. At the end we can say that Valencia is a city, where you can have a really good time and we definitely recommend to do a trip to this wonderful city! J.   We are Billy, Marta, Nicole, Martina, Francesca, Rachele, Claudia, Lisa, Elisa, Claudia and Martina. We are girls from Italy and we came to Valencia to improve our spanish for one week. The host families recieved us very kindly and only during one week we fell in love with Spain because the spanish boys are really hot, openly and they’re laughing all the time. The places we liked the most were the Oceanográfico and the large park, where we met handsome guys 🙂 We learned much in School and we want to say thank you to the teachers for example Ana and Lucia who are very friendly, nice and goodlooking. We enjoyed the cooking class with chef Nando who is really crazy and handsome.We will miss you Spain! Kisses entrada-oceanografico-valenciaWell… Valencia is a very beautiful and amusing city. The poeople are charming and polite. The school is very beautiful, too and the teachers are really nice ( but Ana is still the best). We visited the Taurino museum, the old and the modern city, the harbour and the beach. The shops and restaurants in Valencia are typical spanish.We did some activities like eating Tapas, eating Paella and learning Salsa. The experience was fantastic and it was really funny. We are coming back to Valencia for sure! Also to see Ana again!   We made interesting and funny experience in Valencia, found new places, locations and traditions, learned how to cook and something about the celebrations in Spain, which we dont have in Italy. We visited for example the Taurino museum, where you can learn something about the tradicions of the bulls and the bullfighter, and the Fallero museum, which is beautiful and where you can see many floats, which won through all the years the competitions of the Fallas.But what we liked the most was lying at the beach because it’s really wide, clean and there are many nice shops at the seafront. We also liked the salsa because we love to dance, having fun and the place was very inviting and we made some new experience. It was a unforgetable week, the teachers were so nice and they helped us pretty much improving our spanish. Everytime when we think about Spain we will have a huge smile in our hearts! ♥ Chiara, Vicky, Laura   This week was full of brilliant experience!We were at the beach, swom in the sea and were relaxing all the time. We made a tour to the central point at the city and visited many museums like the Taurino museum. But what we really liked was the city of science and art and of course the great show of the dolphins. At somedays we were at different places in Valencia, where we had to do some activities like creating a dish at the Mercado Central. We also had the possibility to improve our knowledge of the language and getting to know other persons from other countries. The teachers were very kind and pleasant; we also played many games for learning the language easier. For the night we had many activities for everybody like eating Paella, dancing Salsa and go for some Tapas. The nights were fantastic! Later the day we went shopping for a long time beacause all the thing here are way cheaper than in Italy. At the end we like to say that we had a unforgetable time here and we will always remember these days in Spain! Martina, Marta, Silvia   Our experience in Valencia were awesome !! The city was were clean and full of gorgeos and nice people, original structures and of course there are cheap shops, where we were shopping the whole week. We visited the Taurino museum, the Fallero museum, had a tour through the city and did some activities like talking to others for improving our spanish and the pronunciation. We also visited the beach this week and we love spending time there because the weather is excellent and we swom a bit in the sea. The water was very clean and kind of warm. We had a class for learning salsa, too, which was so funny. One of the activities was to learn new words in the Mercado Central for cooking a spanish dish. And of course there was a class for cooking with the chef Nando, too. He learned us new recipes for making tipical food from Valencia and we also went for some Tapas in a few bars. At Saturday we went at the city of scienes and art and to the Oceanográfico, where we saw a fantastic dolphinshow. We want to say thank you to the teacer Alex and Victor because they teached us in very funny ways and explained many things to us! This week was definitely unforgetable. We hope we can come back as soon as possible to Valencia! Sofia, Roberta and Noemi   At Tuesday de 15 of october we left Italy at 6:30 in the morning, arrived at 8:30 at Valencia and met very early our host families. We were relaxing a bit and ate something. After that we visited the Taurino museum and made a tour throug Valencia. We ate Paella and other tipical dishes from Valencia for dinner. At Wednesday in the morning we visited the beach and a cookingclass. At Thursday we had class in the morning and after that we had some activities in the Mercado Centra. At Friday we had some activities in the morning. We visited the modern city and the Fallero museum. For the night we had salsaclass. At Saturday we were all of the day in the modern and old city and we had a free day at Sunday were we went to the beach. At Monday we were shopping and were eating and had clase at the evening. And at Tueday after the class we went home again! Viola, Sara, Jessica   In these days we made a tour through Valencia. We visited the city of science and the Oceanográfico, where we loved to see the exotic animals. In our opinion the city in general is beautiful and the weather was perfect and really warm ( in Italy it’s pretty cold). We had Victor an Alex (♥), our teachers, in school and they were so nice and kind. The food is tasty here, but we really miss the pasta from Italy! The cookingclass with chef Nando was awesome, but he used so much oil! He was also so nice (caca, this is caca). The beginning of the rap song we made during the Spanish class. We are three girls and we’re 17. We liked a lot last week. We went to the «Ciudad de las artes y las Ciencias» and we saw a dolphin show that we liked a lot. We went to the beach and to the castles of Sagunt and Peñiscola. We didn’t stay all the days in the school, and we saw the port, the beach, the old Town and the «mercado» of Valencia. Everything was well organized and we like the teachers- Maria José and Carlos- because they’re very lovely and kind. We had a great time, thanks. Kisses Raffi, Julia and Gabi

We’re Lukas, Fabio, Jakob y Matthias, four boys from Austria. We have been in Valencia for one week and we have seen lots of cultural things. Today is the last day of our trip and it has been a week we liked a lot. We visited the «Ciudad de la Ciencia» and we loved it. In the Oceanografico we saw lots of animals who live in the sea and we saw a dolphin show. We went to the castle of Sagunto and Peñiscola and we went to the beach because it was a wonderful day, but the beach smelled like cucumbers. It has been a week we won’t forget. Fabio, Lukas, Jakob, Matthias   This week we’ve been in Valencia. We went to the «Ciudad de las artes y las Ciencias». On Monday we had our first day in Taronja school. We went to the beach sometimes and we swam in the sea. We went to the Old Town and we visited the Castles of Sagunto and Peñiscola. On Wednesday we had a free afternoon so we went shopping and to the beach. We tried horchata and churros with chocolate at the Mercado Central. After a cooking lesson we tasted Paella and Sangría. During the lessons we wrote a rap which compares Valencia to Austria.  It has been a very interesting and funny trip and we learned a lot. Kevin, Nadja, Christina, Lukas peniscola This week we’ve been in Valencia. After lessons we did a lot of activities with the lovely teachers of Taronja. On Monday we went to the Old Town that is very beautiful and interesting and we visisted the «Museo Taurino».  Next day we went to the Paseo Marítimo and we visited the new port and also the old one. Furthermore we visited the «Mercado Central» and after we had cooking lesson with the Chef Nando, the best of all the world, as he says. After we ate the best paella of our lives. But the best thing was the «Ciudad of las Artes y las Ciencias» and the romantic cities of Sagunto and Peñiscola. In summary this trip has been very funny, interesting and we learned very much, no, more! We went to the beach, we enjoyed the sun, we visited Peñiscola and Sagunto and the «Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias». We slept in Valencian families houses and there we ate lots of jam biscuits. .castillo-de-saguntoWe studied in Taronja, a Spanish school for foreigners. In total we spent four days in the school, we improved our Spanish and we increased our vocabulary. The last day the chef Nando cooked a paella that was very good.   Ultimately we spent an awesome week.

Hi everyone, we’re dr. Loco class, we’re italians and we’re 16/17. We have been in Valencia for one week and our experience here has been wonderful and very funny, this city is fascinating, the weather has been great and we’ve visited many places, and also the beach that is our favourite place; we’ve eaten lots of Valencian typical dishes,and we’ve liked them. The families have been amazing and also Taronja school, that’s a wonderful school and the people we’re going to miss more are Victor and Mariajo, the teachers 🙂 GAETANO, ANDREA, PIETRO, RICCARDO, LIVIA, GIULIA, BEATRICE, CATERINA (THE BEST) 🙂 FhZzn We spent a very good week, very funny too! Valencia is a lovely city, but it smells a little bit bad!Teachers are good, sympathetic, beautiful, very professional and opened with the other students. They’re very gentle and they let us listen to the music and watch videos. We learned many things, it’s very funny to learn Spanish. We want to come back here again. It’s also very funny to learn Spanish in the street and using Internet. EMIDIO, SERENA, NAZARENO, LUCA and MATTEO   Plaza-de-Toros-de-Valencia We spent a very funny week because we learned lots of new things. Teachers are very sympathetic and the activities have been very interesting; we had fun also during the lessons. The beach is beautiful and Valencia city too.
