Stedelyk Breda, Holland.

We had a fantastic time here. There are many activities and we have done a lot. Valencia is wonderful. The classes were very comfortable and working with iPads was comical. We have eaten the Valencian paella too and it was very rich. We are going back to Valencia.

In our opinion, the school was beautiful, with very interesting and instructive classes. We have gone to the street and it was a good experience to learn Spanish. The place of the school is perfect! The classes are creative and the teachers are very spontaneous.

The classes in general were very interesting. We have learned a lot. The teachers were very nice. The place where the school is, the centre of the city, is very practical. The activities were beautiful. In conclusion, it was a wonderful experience.

We are Sophia, Daniela, Patrick, Timrich, Martinus, Magdalena and Paula. We’re from Austria and today is our last day of our journey. The program of the school was very varied and funny. We had a lot of classes outside. For example we needed to ask things to people at the streets, we went to the Mercado Central to make really special food, we made a menu and wrote down the prices of the ingredients. Also Taronja organized a typical meal from Spain. We ate paella and tapas and we loved this food very much! Our journey to Valencia was a famous experience for all of the students.

We are Madlene, Georgios, Pascale, Angelina, Ulrike, Laura y Julia and we’re from Austria. Our journey lasted six days. It were days with a lot of wonderful experiences, we haven’t only visited places but also we had the time to get our Spanish better. For example we visited Oceanográfico which is in The city of arts and sciences. Of course we have tried paella and delicious tapas. How tasty! Also the food from the hosts were very good, and the families were very sympathetic, funny and open. It was a bomb! An unforgettable and advisable journey. A lot of kisses from Valencia.

Me he alegrado elegir Taronja a estudiar español. I am so happy to have chosen to study Spanish at Taronja. Oral is always the most difficult thing for asian students. They live in countries where the languages are totally different to Spanish. There aren´t opportunities to practice oral. Classes at Taronja offer more time to talk. Although I know a lot of grammar, I can´t speak very fast and I need time to think about it. During my time at the school, I improved mi oral bit by bit. Also, the clases are very fun. The teachers don´t only teach the students book knowledge, but also cover more day to day things. I had a brilliant time at Taronja. Thank you for the cool classes. I would like to study at Taronja again.

I liked the classes, it has been a little more severe and I have studied a bit more grammar, but I think it was a good change, comparing it to last week, when we talked more and completed less exercises. Perhaps a bit more of the culture and less parties (I know that in Spain the culture = partying but I mean to visit more museums or listen more to typical music of Valencia or do more things yourself, like: instead of watching chef Nando cook, cook yourself). Perhaps a printer in the class of the computers but with a limited amount of sheets.

Hello! My name is Sarah, I’m from Ireland, I had a wonderful time in Valencia. The school is close to everything. The teachers are very helpful. I also have made many friends. My daughters also have learned a lot, not only the language but also about the culture. I will recommend Taronja to others, who want to have an experience in general. My daughter helped me with this!

My experience has been very nice in Taronja. The teachers and the school are very good and there are many activities, including tapas and the paella party. Valencia is beautiful and I will return soon. Thank you for this great week!

Akademisches, Austria

Hello! We are students from Austria and we are 15 to 16 years old. For one week we have been in Valencia with activities and classes. It has been very interesting. The teachers have been kind and funny. We have done many interactive exercises. For example we went to the street with exercises in which we needed to talk with and ask questions to other Spaniards. The classes were very interesting, but we knew more than what we have learned here. The week’s activities sometimes have been disappointing, such as ¨the paella party¨. What we liked most was going to the beach and walk around the city. The experiences with the families was different for everyone, but overall it was a positive experience. Overall our trip was unforgettable and we are very happy that we have had the opportunity to visit Valencia. LAURA, LISA, LUCAS, EMILY, MAYA & MATTHI   We are five students from Austria and we have been in Valencia for a week to learn more structures and phrases in Spanish. It was a unique experience because the school is very different from our school in Austria. The teachers are very young and fun. In class there is a very nice atmosphere and the activities in class were variad, for example walking down the street and ask some people about current topics. We also liked the cooking class of chef Nando which was very funny and interesting. During this week we visited many interesting places in the city. So we want to thank everyone, especially our families and the teachers in Spain. However the days we spent at the beach were the best. DOMINIK, SOPHIE, HELENA, JEREMIAH, ISABEL   The week was a special experience, because the classes offered different opportunities to improve our knowledge of this beautiful language. What we liked most were the extraordinary methods with which the teachers gave us a new perspective to learn Spanish. Apart from school, this trip gave us the chance to meet the people of this wonderful country. All in all it was a memorable and fun week and we will miss Valencia. JONATHAN, KITTY, MORIK, NIK We spent a week here in Valencia and we enjoyed it a lot. With Taronja we learned a lot – of language and of the culture. We had many different activities which where all were fun. The families were very friendly and genuine and the teachers were funny and lived great experiences. It was an unforgettable experience that we will miss forever. ALEX, LAURA, DINAH, ANNA, HANNAH

The year 2016 has been a fantastic year! And do you know why? Because this year I have met the Taronja school. A school to learn Spanish and enjoy Valencia with other students who are in the school. This year I have been in the school twice as a student and at the end of the year as an intern. To organize very cool nights and every week different ones. Being a type A intern in Taronja, was like having a job where you can learn a lot. Sometimes a hard job but with the other interns a time to never forget. I stayed for a year and a half and Taronja has given me the opportunity to incredibly improve my Spanish 🙂 And I like that I have the feeling like working with the Taronja family. As the people working there are very different compared to the people in the Netherlands, for me it was fantastic that I could give my experience of work to my colleagues in Taronja and vice versa. A greeting from an intern who would like to return to Valencia 😉 Marco

I really enjoyed these two weeks at the Taronja school. Thanks to classes, I had the opportunity to talk a lot and I learned soon like having a conversation in Spanish. I like that teachers are demanding and fun, they are very genuine and friendly people. In addition, the activities and the classes give a panoramic of the life in Valencia. I liked the Ruzafa neighborhood, where my flat was. I had a great time in that neighborhood full of life, bars and restaurants.
