Golden Age Group

Our Golden Age Group from Holland participated to a special course for groups: Spanish classes in the mornings and social activities in the afternoons, in order to get to know better the city and the local culture. In class we talked about different topics, all suggested by them.We talked and discussed about art, music, architecture and much more. The famous Valencian painter Sorollahad a great success in class so we decided to go to the Museum of Fine Arts on Friday to see some of his works. We also tasted the most delicious Spanish dishes: the first night we ate tapas with other students of the school, on a different day we visited Alboraya to drink the famous Valencian horchata, we also spent one afternoon at Albufera, where we ate the best rice in the world! It was a truly fantastic week. Here you can read a little comment that the group left us after their stay: We are a group of Dutch «Golden Age.» We spent a week at the Taronja school in Valencia. It was a fun and educational experience with very modern methods. Our teacher was very enthusiastic and gave us many useful suggestions. It was an amazing experience and everything was very nice!
