Hello! We are a group of very nice people who are coming from Como, a little city in Italy where there is a lake and a lot of green zones. We are between 16 and 18 years old and we like Spain a lot because the people are very friendly and social. During our week of excursion we went to alternated clases with activities related to tourism. We spoke with a lot of people who have explained us how the world of working runs, especially about companies and jobs related to law because we study Law and Economics. According to us Spanish isn’t that difficult because it’s similar to Italian and because the people are friendly we spoke more and so we learned more. During the night we went out and were we together and that’s why we don’t want to go back to our home but we hope return. We recommend you this experience. Hello! We are a group of Italian students from the north of Italy. During this week we have learned a lot because the teachers are fantastic. The Spanish language is full of culture and the meaning is revealed during all of our happy moments this week: we read, we sang, we danced and learned during the classes because the most important thing to speak Spanish is the serenity and the power of willing. Thanks a lot to the teachers, Ana and Teresa, and to all the other people of Taronja School who gave us this vacation!

Hola! Somos un grupo de estudiantes de Holanda. Teníamos clases de español durante una semana y hemos aprendido como podemos hablar y entender el español. Nos gusta que vamos a la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias que está organizado por la escuela. También los profesores están muy motivados para enseñar  el español. Estas 2 semanas cuando estamos aquí las Fallas empiezan. Ver toda la gente disfrutando de los fuegos artificiales está muy guay. El tiempo ha sido muy bien y Valencia tiene mucho historia fascinante. Queremos agradecer los profesores para sus apoyos y sus tiempo. Queremos volver a Valencia, sin perdón! Somos estudiantes de Holanda. Hemos tenido clases durante una semana y hemos aprendido mucho. Nuestro nivel está mucho mejor ahora. Hemos visitado un bar de shisha y vamos a visitar la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. El tiempo está  mucho mejor aquí. Y  queremos los fuegos artificiales de las Fallas. Estamos viendo hacia adelante a el 19 de marzo porque en ese momento las Fallas empiezan y hay fiestas en todos lados. Valencia es una ciudad muy bonita y la recomendamos. Pablo y Victor son profesores muy buenos y están muy divertidos y tranquilos.

Hola! We are a group of students from The Netherlands. We went to classes for a week and we have learned how to speak and understand Spanish. It’s nice that we go to la Ciudad de las artes y las ciencias that’s organized by the school. Also the teachers are really motivated to learn us español. The two weeks we are here las Fallas begins. It is cool to see all the people enjoying the fireworks! The weather was also very nice and Valencia has a lot of fascinating history. We want to thank the teachers for their support and their time. We definitely want to go back to Valencia! We are estudiantes from Holanda. We had school for a week and we have learned a lot. Our Spanish level is a lot higher now. We visited the shisha bar and we are going to visit la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. The weather is a lot better in here. And we like the fireworks of Las Fallas. We’re looking forward to the 19th of march. Then is the real Fallas and then there is fiesta everywhere. Valencia is a beautiful city and we recommend it. Pablo and Victor are really good teachers and they’re nice and easy.

Our experience in the school Taronja was very nice. The teachers are funny and the activities are interesting. All the students enjoyed the clases and the given opportunities. It would be fantastic to come back! Valencia is an easy and peaceful city, you have a lot of interesting things to visit. The experience was fantastic although the weather wasn’t at its best. A kiss from the Italian girls! Taronja is the awesomest school ever! Our experience was very nice and we enjoyed it a lot during the clases and all the recommended activities (above all the central market and the beach). The teachers were very nice and sweet. We’re sure we aren’t going to forget these days here! A lot of Italian kisses! What we have liked the most is: first the city of arts and sciences because it’s really modern and there are very interesting and interactive installations. After that we have liked to dance in Mya , the typical dishes, the typical recipe with eggs and potatoes called tortilla and the sangria. The flamenco cours and the historical city center, also, have pleased us a lot. Valencia is a young and cool city. We have liked the Spanish courses a lot because of the diversion and the new knowledge. We did activities like going on the street to speak with Spanish people, we used tablets and an interactive board, we cooked, we danced flamenco but we also talked between each other to improve our pronunciation and our vocabulary. We would like to have classes like this for always! The thing we have liked the most about the school has been the activity of learning on the streets, which had improved our Spanish level and which was also very funny. It was very interesting to participate with the cooking and flamenco activities what made us get to know the habits and brought us closer to the Spanish culture. The thing we have liked the most about Valencia has been  the city of arts and sciences because it’s an interesting and nice architectural building. Also we have liked the style of all the other public and private buildings and above all the partying atmosphere during the Fallas.

Nuestra experiencia en la escuela Taronja fue muy divertida. Las profesores son simpáticas y las actividades son interesantes. Todos los alumnos disfrutaron las clases y las posibilidades ofrecidas. ¡Sería fantástico volver! Valencia es una ciudad muy tranquila y alegre, tienes muchas cosas interesantes de visitar. el experiencia fue fantástica aunque el tiempo no fue de los mejores. Un beso, ¡las chicas italianas! ¡Taronja es la escuela más guay! nuestra experiencia fue muy divertida y nos disfrutamos mucho durante las clases y todas las actividades propuestas (sobretodo mercado central y la playa). Las profesoras fueran simpáticas y dulces. ¡Seguramente no nos vamos a olvidar estas días aquí! Muchos besos de Italia. Lo que nos ha gustado más es: en primero la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias porque es muy moderna y hay instalaciones muy interactivas y interesantes. Después nos he gustado bailar en la discoteca Mya, los platos típicos de Valencia como la paella, la tortilla de patatas y la sangría. El curso de de flamenco y el casco histórico, también, nos han encantado mucho. Valencia es una ciudad muy guay y juvenil. Este curso de español nos ha gustado mucho porque une la diversion y el aprendizaje. De hecho hicimos actividades como salir en la calle para hablar con los españoles, utilizar tableta y pizarra interactiva, cocinar y bailar flamenco, pero también hablar entre nosotros para mejorar nuestra pronunciación u nuestro vocabulario. ¡Nos gustaría hacer siempre clases así! Lo que más nos ha gustado de la Academia ha sido la actividad de aprendizaje por las calles, que ha mejorado nuestro nivel de español y ha sido también muy divertido. Ha sido interesante participar en las actividades de cocina y de flamenco que nos han permitido conocer los costumbres y acercarnos a la cultura española. Lo que más nos ha gustado de Valencia ha sido la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias, porque es un compreso arquitectónico muy agradable e interesante. Además nos ha gustado el estilo de todos los edificios públicos y privados y sobre todo el ambiente fallero y la atmósfera de fiesta.

Hello! We are students from Russia. We were really impressed by this journey. We visited a lot of interesting places. For example, the city of arts and sciences, the beach of Valencia, shopping halls, we went by bike in the river Turia, we went on the Miguilette and on Torres de Serano. We were really lucky because we could see the biggest party: Las Fallas! We saw things that we haven’t seen in our life yet, how they burn all the dolls and the beautiful fireworks. We like to thank our Spanish and Russian teachers because they gave us the opportunity to have a wonderful time here in the atmosphere of a beautiful city!

Buenas días! Somos estudiantes de Rusia. Este viaje nos impresionó mucho. Visitamos muchas lugares interesantes. Por ejemplo, la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias, las playas de Valencia, centros comerciales, montamos en las bicicletas en el río Turia, subimos al Miguilette y a los torres de Serano. ¡Tuvimos mucha suerte porque pudimos ver la gran fiesta: Las Fallas! Vimos algo que no habíamos visto en nuestras vidas, como se quemaban los ninots y los castillos muy bonitos. Queremos agradecer a nuestros profesores de España y Rusia porque nos dieron la posibilidad pasar aquí un buen tiempo en la atmósfera de este ciudad maravilloso!

We spent two wonderful weeks in Valencia with Taronja Spanish School. As we were part of the cultural and artistic programme, our classes were focused on themes like photography, theatre, design and Valencian art and culture. Our teachers Flor and Pablo were great and always made the classes interesting and dynamic. Later during the days, we enjoyed some of the regular socio-cultural activities that Taronja offers to its students. We practiced our language skills during the language exchange and the Paella night was just great! The second week of our stay gave us many opportunities to be creative and show our talent in several workshops we attended. We liked the best the Grafitti workshop with a local Spanish guy Nacho. We also did a costumes workshop and ceramics workshop that were both fabulous! In addition, we went to the famous exhibition of photography World Press Photo and enjoyed the microtheatre show. During our free time we explored Valencia and its history, culture and fiestas. We had a great time with Taronja and its team! Thank you so much 🙂

Pasamos dos semanas maravillosas en Valencia con Taronja Escuela de Español. Tuvimos un programa cultural y artístico, nuestras clases se centraron en temas como la fotografía, el teatro, el diseño y el arte y la cultura valenciana. Nuestros profesores Flor y Pablo eran geniales y siempre hacen las clases interesante y dinámico. Por las tardes disfrutamos de algunas de las actividades socio-culturales que Taronja ofrece a sus estudiantes cada semana. Practicamos nuestros conocimientos de idiomas durante el intercambio linguístico y la Noche de paella era simplemente genial! La segunda semana de nuestra estancia nos dio muchas oportunidades de ser creativos y mostrar nuestro talento en varios talleres a los que asistimos. Nos gustó más el taller de los grafitti con Nacho – un chico local. También hicimos un taller de trajes y cerámica que eran fabulosos! Además, fuimos a la famosa exposición de fotografía World Press Photo y disfrutamos del espectáculo de micro teatro. Durante nuestro tiempo libre exploramos Valencia y su historia, cultura y fiestas. Tuvimos un buen tiempo con Taronja y su equipo! Muchas Gracias 🙂

My experience with Taronja was a very pleasant surprise. I came to Valencia for one week with my husband to visit the city and be immersed in Spanish to begin our two month travel in Spain. One week was too short of a stay. I learned a lot and went away with helpful materials. The teachers and students were great fun and great companions. I am sad to leave and hope to return for a longer session.

Hola! Taronja es una escuela perfecta. Los trabajadores son muy simpáticos. Los profesores son muy buenos y explica bien en los clases. Yo aprendí mucho, los compañeros son muy divertidos. Escuela también tiene mucho actividades.

¡Hola! Me llamo Patricia y soy de Suiza. Me gusta apprender idiomas y conocer otras culturas. En la escuela Taronja podía repetir mis conocimientos en español, aprender expresiones y nuevas palabras y escuchar y hablar de una manera divertida. Me encantó el debate con nuestro profesor Josevi y los alumnos muy motivados de la semana pasada. Participé en algunos actividades como la salsa, la fiesta de bienvenida con la paella, la tarde de vino en la bodega Fila con mucho gusto. La clase de cocina era muy divertida. Recomiendo la escuela Taronja que además se encuentra en una ciudad preciosa.
