My name is Mila from Bulgaria and I came to Spain to study the language and practice Spanish. I have not only made friends from different cultures, but also have I experienced unforgettable memories. A language is not only grammar but also self confidence. In Valencia people are lovable in all aspects. The most important thing for me was not only to go to parties and even less study as a bookworm. The most important were these two things – seize every moment and make the best out of them,

It is worth it.

Christine

Christine Edelmann, alumna septiembre2012 My name is Christine, I am German and I spent one week at the Spanish School. I really enjoyed that time because in our group we had a good atmosphere and I learned many interesting things about life and people in Valencia and Spain in general. I’ll also never forget the night of the Tapas Tour or the Oktoberfest. It was great fun! The visit in Valencia was an excellent experience and would like to stay a little longer. Goodbye!

Speak and live like the Spanish people- that’s my wish. I’m living in a house with natives to have that experience, and thanks to Taronja School I practice my Spanish in all aspects, above all communication. Although the schedule of the school seems to be a challenge and also the possibilites the city has to offer, I love everything here. So, I am in Valencia for the third time. Valencia offers everybody to have a wonderful time: cultural offers especially in July with all the events e.g. in the Turía, music, the beach to enjoy the sun and the heat and of course Taronja School where they teach with encouragement, motivation and all in all friendly. Above all I like the young teachers as Alex, Victor, and Sergio: their Spanish classes have a good balance of new vocabulary, grammar and current issues. And of course the most important thing here is to speak. I also like Taronja School because of their activities after the cooking and culture classes. In addition, there is a good balance of nationalities at the Spanish school: people are coming from all over the world to learn Spanish at Taronja School – so that, you’re also always learning interesting facts of other parts of the world.

Gudrun

Gudrun de Jong alumna septiembre 2012 I had an awesome time at Taronja. The Spanish teachers are very friendly and competent. In addition, the other employees are friendly and always help you with problems. Special is, that there are many activities in addition to classes at the Spanish School. In my first week, for example, we went to the Tomatína festival. All in all I’m recommending the Spanish School to everybody who likes to study and also to celebrate in Spain.

Fuck, what a Spanish school! (Forgive me for using this language, Mariajo – a professor at Taronja School) It is not the first Spanish school I visit, but since I walked in the door I could feel a very positive atmosphere and optimism, I was involved in immediately. The teachers are highly qualified, professional, brilliant and sociable and with the great fantasy of them the lessons are far away from being boring.

The extracurricular activities are great, very attractive and sometimes epic! Both, students and teachers, gather in large numbers for cultural trips, dinners, parties and other activities that vary depending on the week. The school has just the right size to create a family atmosphere where you have the opportunity to experience a huge variety and knowledge of different cultures. Valencia is a very cool city, with an interesting historical center, a great beach and several neighborhoods, where people go out to eat and have parties. Unfortunately my adventure only lasted for two weeks, but without a doubt I would recommend the school to all those who want to study in Valencia! Taronja, thank you very much for the memorable experience!

My name is Judith and I am from Austria. I am 20 years old and have stayed at Taronja for 3 weeks. I enjoyed the Spanish course here because the teachers are very open with a dynamic attitude and know the language very well. The Taronja School is very relaxed. Above all, the activities are perfect for the summer. Because of these activities and parties, I have met many good friends. As well as doing the intensive Spanish course, I also do an art course, twice a week. I enjoyed this course because they teach you how to draw the right way. The holidays were terrific for me. Thanks for everything.

Hello all! My name is Mathias, and the children in my Valencian family tell me that the «alias» for my name in Spanish is «aunt», as in the wife of a man, but I think that they are only kidding.I’m from Belgium, the small German-speaking part. What, say that again?!! German? No! I feel that i’m more Belgian. The problem is that Germany has lost all of its wars. The people at the school are friendly and always in a good mood. My family is great! She helps me with all of my problems and try to speak to me in Spanish as much as possible. Taronja School, I will see you later, next yea during my Erasmus year! See you soon!

Hello! I’m Riccardo, an Italian boy of 23 years. I was in Spain for my first time and it was also the first time of being in a language school for learning Spanish. Taronja School is perfect in every aspect. The Spanish teachers are qualified and the thing I liked most is that all teachers are qualified and that they are all young and friendly: it’s like having a few friends more! The directors and the interns have always organized something. So we could meet other people and experience Valencia. Activities are always fun. I hope to return to Taronja soon – one of the most pleasant experiences of my life! I’ll miss it!
