We are the legendary group from Italia who obtained the Leonardo scholarship. They send us to the best spanish school in the world; Taronja! We enjoyed being part of the school! The teachers were very cool and the activities with them and the others from the school were very very enjoyable. These activities helped us learn spanish on a fun way. We miss you all and we would like to see all of you again!

Hello! I am Olivia, I am from Macau, China. I stayed with Taronja for almost 9 months. During these 9 months I saw many of my friends writing their testament when they went back to their homes/countries. Now, it´s my turn. I started from almost zero and now I can communicate freely. I want to express my gratitude to all the teachers and my classmates. The teachers are very professional and fun (and also crazy haha). The classes are very organized and the teachers helped me a lot (Love you guys!!) Furthermore I made a lot of friends from everywhere around the world. It makes me happy that on one side I was able to learn spanish and get to know different cultures and on the otherside I was able to represent my city, Macau, and as wel the culture of Macau and China. Not forgot to mention the activities of the school are AMAZING and INCREDIBLE! After my classes I learned and enjoyed a lot in the activities. I think it´s really nice that the school is located in the center of Valencia, very convenient and perfect for seeing the city. Next to that, I lived in a beautiful appartment with two spanish and one mexican. I was learning spanish every minute except for when I slept. Everything around me was completly spanish. In the end, (I don´t really want to say this 🙁 ) I want to say that I am in love with Valencia and I will surely return real soon. Taronja is the best school, and my home in Valencia. My experience was beautiful, amazing, unforgettable, beneficial, great, interesting.. Well! I have to take it easy here or else I will never stop writing lol. Btw. This testament was even more difficult than the DELE test because there are so many things I want to say and I feel very emocional at the moment. See you soon! Love you guys! Taronja is a great place to learn spanish, make friends and to enjoy yourself. Teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful. They show a lot of interest and will always help you, no matter how many mistakes you make. Students have different ages and nationalities and all share the desire to learn spanish. Next to classes, there are a lot of activities that help you learn spanish. They also help you make friends and make sure you´ll have a great time. The receptionists are always prepared to help anyway they can. Hopefully I can return to Taronja in the coming years. -Raj

I have had a very nice week. I chose to do the super intensive course and I was afraid it might be too heavy and boring. But no, I enjoyed my time and improved my spanish while having fun. I have also enjoyed my time that I shared with my host family which the school had selected for me. I return to Paris with many good memories. -Patrizia

I stayed for just one week but it was an interesting and memorable experience. My level of spanish increased a lot, and my speech is much more fluent thanks to my teachers Everyone one who works at the school is friendly and they help you get around. The school is very centrally located, which is ideal for visiting the rest of Valencia. -Anonymous

I loved my classes in Taronja, I enjoyed my classes with Carlos and Lucia a lot. Teachers with great humor and high level of teaching, they know very well how to present the lectures to the students. I also love the ambiance during classes, the teachers really show interest, and they always try to correct every mistake. Me llamo Cora y soy de Alemania. He estado seis meses en Valencia y he pasado un tiempo inolvidable! Al principio solo era una alumna de la escuela pero después de poco tiempo me puse a trabajar en Taronja. Me ha encantado trabajar y aprender y nunca en mi vida he hecho amistades tan especiales y he conocido tantos personas de todo el mundo. Valencia para mi es la cuidad perfecta. Por un lado no es tan grande o pequeña, pero tiene de todo (una playa maravillosa, edificios antiguos, una parte moderna). Por otro lado no es tan turistica como Barcelona o Madrid y siempre hace sol y bien tiempo. 🙂 Quiero decir sobre la escuela que es una escuela fantástica. Los profesores son súper simpáticos y siempre te ayudan, las clases son muy divertidos y las actividades son súper chulas. ¡Te prometo que vas a pasar un tiempo fenomenal! ¡No quiero irme! ¡Os echo de menos ya! The education in this school is very calm and easy to understand. We like that we can go

outside and talk to the people in the streets, so we can practice our spanish in an interactive way. The school is a little bit hidden but altogether very good. The teachers Victor and Guillermo are marvellous and they like our jokes and they are very nice, likeable and they jave the skill to teach admirable.   Names: Joseph, Kingsley Country: England     The lessons are very interactive and the teachers make the lessons very emotional and useful. In some ways the lessons are better than in England, because we talk a lot and I think that talking is the most important thing to improve my spanish. As well the interactivity with people from the street is very useful, because we learn something about the culture of Valencia and we have the opportunity to talk to different people.   Names: Bertie, Rupert Country: England   This week we saw many interesting places. The best of our trip was the journey to the beach with bikes. It´s called «Saler» because there are many wind and sun and the journey was really relaxed even though it wasn´t for much time. I was shocked that there are so many beggars. Nevertheless I don´t think that the number of beggars belittle the beauty of the city. As well I was shocked because the cinema was so full of people even though it was saturday. If you were in London normally it would be empty. Also the size of the Mestalla stadium was very impressive. I would like to play football in this stadium, but just if I had enough skill for football!   Names: Leo y Samuel Country: England     When we came to Valencia we got t know our families and after that we went out. We ate with the families for the first time. Later we had lessons at Taronja. The weather was really good during our holidays. It was very hot, even though the problem was that the heat produced a terrible stench. We want to say thank you to our teachers because they have been nice and likeable. If we can come back next year, we´ll do it.   Names: Lukas, Fergus, Joyce Country: England       George and I arrived at Valencia for the first time and we expected a lot. Nice weather, delicious paella and pretty girls. We were not disappointed. Taronja is a school en el city centre with many bars and the teachers are very likeable. The lessons always have been full of jokes. Valencia is a beautyful city. From the old architecture of the townhall to the Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias, which is really modern and futuristic, the city offers a lot to the people and you can always do something.   Names: George, Pierre-Louis Country: England   Here you can see a little video of one of our trips!

In one word; fantastic! I only stayed for two weeks but it was really cool! It is a small school, like a family, you get to know everyone and I think that helps create a good atmosphere. The very competent teachers also helped to achieve this. Stefano Switzerland

GROUP BG/BRG GLEISDORF

Hey guys from all over the world!

  We are Vicky, Anna, Viki and Veronika, we are 17 years old and from Austria. Today is de 3 of May (in 2013) and we?ve been in Valencia since 6 days. Today is our last day of spanishclass. Valencia is such a beautiful cty where are many shops for buying clothes, bags, shoes many other things. There are not onluy many posibilities for buying things there also are many interesing places which we visited. For example the museum of the Fallas, the Bioparc, a incredible zoo, laPlaza de la Reina y el Oceanográfico which is places in the  ciudad de las artes y ciencias. We also made a  tour de tapas and visited a  Paella Party -So delicious! We loved the beach. We are going to try some tipical food of Spain: Churros y Horchata! Kisses !!! Viki, Vicky, Anna y Veronika   Valencia,what a beautiful city! Or trip lasted for 9 days and we had an awesome time. In the mornings we had classes in  Taronja. The classes were really funny and our teachers Victor y Mariajo were so symphatic. We also visited old monuments and stunning buildings of the city. In the  «Tapas Tour» we were able to enjoy the spanish food. We especial liked the Oceanografico and the ciudad de las ciencias. We want to recommend the school and the city to everybody!! Stefan, Max, Lukas, Peter   Hey guys! We are Sophi, Laura, Anna-Lena and Sabrina and we live in Austria. We loved the last week. For us Valencia is a beautiful city ith many cheap shops, modern bars and old buildings. There is also a stunning parc with the name Turia. At the beginning of this week we had a Tapas Tour, at Thursday we had a Paella Party and after that we went for some drinks. At Wednesday we visited the Oceanográfico and  after that the ciudad de las ciencias. Luckely we had fantastic weather and so much heath. We also went to Beach, but only Laura liked the sea. The other day we visited the Bioparc, which is a zoo with many animals from other countries. Only at Wenesday we didn?t go to school. The teachers are really nice and the classes really funny. GROUP NOTRE-DAME

  This week we visited Valencia. We think it’s really beautiful. We liked the beach with the good weather the most and also the Oceanográfico. We ate churros, paella, gazpacho, tapas, patatas bravas, tortilla. The food was tasty. Our trutors were very sympatic, opened and funny. We had an awesome time with Taronja! Oceane, Clemence, Victor y Athanaise   Our experience with the school really good and Spain is so crazy (but in a good way!) and we loved the tour through Valencia. It was very interesting and all the discoveries with the school were so funny. The teacher are sympatic, very funny and the classes passed really fast by. Elsa, Ugo, Matthieu y Bugran   Our experience in Valencia was great. We are from Paris and we like the ambience from this country. We discovered the city in dribs and drabs like the cathedral, Gulliver, the Mercado Central and the beautiful streets. The spanish people are so sympatic and we laughed a lot. Sure we improved our spanish. In the morning we had class at Taronja for 4 hours with sympatic teachers and the ambience in class was great. Jeanne, Liselotte, Clara, Deborah   I liked the beach, the sun and all spanish people are so friendly. This week we went to the cathedral of Valenciaand at the beach while the weather was sunny. We ate a delicious paella. Alix   Thiss week was the first time I saw how to make a paella. I went to the beach all the time. Thanks for everything!!! Lucie   This trip was awesome.
