This is the second time visiting Valencia and taking spanish courses at Taronja for me. In my opinion Valencia is a great city, you can walk to a lot of places and in a way it feels ‘’spanish’’ as there are not that many tourist, and you really love to speak spanish outside school. Also the activities of the school help you to feel welcome, to learn a lot of things, also especially spanish culture and this is important to improve your language skills.

I would like to say that I have had a very good time here in Taronja. At first, I wanted to try the school for only a week. In the end I am writing this message after three and a half months. The management has been awesome, the teachers very funny and I have also met many cool people from all over the world. Thanks for everything.

I love my time at Taronja. The school does a good job of placing you in a class that fits your skill. After ten weeks, I feel very confident in my ability to converse in spanish although fluency is still a long way off. Ten weeks was perfect for learning the basics, including present, future, past, imperfect and other concepts necessary for daily conversations. The professors are amazing, very patient and clear in their explanation of concepts. You will love this school!

Hello everyone! I came here in Valencia three weeks ago. My first day was already comfortable (I was very nervous). My first teachers, Marta and Elisa, were incredible. We had a lot of fun during the classes and they pushed us to speak in Spanish. With lots of patience and hand gestures we survived the prime week. I have learned more Spanish in three weeks than in four months in Holland. Maybe we’ll meet again in the future. Many kisses!

I came to Valencia a year ago to learn Spanish and to enjoy this very beautiful city. I returned this January still for four weeks and I will return again in autumn. The school Taronja is serious and at the same time cheerful, and this combination makes studying easier. In addition there are different social events, for example the welcome party with paella, the exchange and the university night. And there are also special events like horse riding or yoga class. Everyone has to choose for himself, but I really like school. Although most of the students are young, there are also places for the people like my age: I have 77 years old!

We really liked our week in Valencia. The lessons were very beautiful. The activities were very funny and talk with people was very funny and we know a lot of people, especially beautiful guys! Everyday we have had free time for going out and visit the city. The activities were very nice and Mariajo is a very beautiful girl and sun understand Italian! Our teachers were very nice and beautiful and we had beautiful lessons, even if for a week. We like everything there. We are Italian students and we came in Valencia with our school. Our teachers told us that Taronja school was very beautiful, but when we arrived we saw that it was more than beautiful : wonderful! We visited the ‘’casco antiguo’’, a lot of museum and the city of arts and science. And what we liked most were school, the teachers, but especially our family. The only disadvantage is that we are not used to these ‘’spanish hours.’’ Today is our last day and we are a little sad. so much, but we are very happy because tonight we’re going to eat the ‘’paella.’’ Mariajo we miss you so much, and say hello to Antonio for us.

People are  not very tolerant of foreign students in the city. I had fun with my friends. I liked so much the activities that we did, especially the visit at the »Fallas museum» and go to the beach. The teachers are very nice. Hi, we’re italian. The experience in Valencia was very good and we learn a lot of things with the teachers, that are very nice. We did a lot of interesting activities: we were at the principal station, the market, at the ‘’casco angtiguo’’, at the beach and at the Oceanografico. We also eat typical food of Valencia like ‘’tapas and paella.’’ The city of Valencia is very beautiful, especially for kids. The people was very nice and lovely. We loved this experience and for this we won’t come back to Italy.

Hi. We live in Italy, near Rome and we come from the linguistic school ‘’Isabella D’este’’.Valencia is a very amazing city, full of history and at the same time interesting for kids. We visited a lot of monuments like ‘’torre del miguelete, la plaza de l’ayuntamiento and las torres de serrano’’ that we particularly liked. Also we tried typical food of the city como ‘’paella and horchata, (but we prefer italian food!)The experience was beautiful, we learned a lot of things, we have improved our level of Spanish and we have a lot of fun!

Hi. We had an amazing time in this city. The activities were very interesting and also funny. The teachers were useful for improving our language. Going around the city wasn’t the best activity because we were very tired. Kahoot was absolutely the best activity that we did, very funny. The night of the ‘’paella’’ was very funny although there was not the paella with marisco. The best place in Valencia that not exist in our country, is the chupiteria ‘’Espit’’ in the Mastalla. Thanks to Andrés who advised us a lot of places for going out and have fun. Also we liked a lot the district of the Carmen.

We are six italians students that had an amazing week in Valencia, thanks to family, to the school and above all thanks to our teachers of the Taronja School: Ángel y Andrés. We think that everythings good in this city. We liked a lot the atmosphere of Valencia and also the people are very lovely and available. We liked a lot the food especially the paella and desserts. Valencia is a very beautiful city and very economic compared to Italy and also the transports were very easy and fast because the city is not very big. We really like going parties almost every night.

The experience in Taronja was very funny. We did a lot of interesting activities for practing our Spanish, talk about a lot of arguments and also review the grammar. The school is in the centre of the city, near a lots of shop and restaurants, even if our classroom was a little bit small. We liked a lot the visit at the company Lladró because we see all the process of the products. We don’t think that this trip was boring and we want to come back in Valencia.

Hi. We are Italians girls and we have eighteen years old.The lessons of the teacher Ándres and Angel were very beautiful and interesting. Valencia is a very beautiful city for us because there are many things to do especially in the night. The people and the family were very sweet and made us feel part of the family. What we liked most of all was The City of Arts and Sciences and the food. Surely we will return here! We saw many interesting things like the ‘’muvim’’. We loved walk the streets and ask questions to people. At any hour of the day in Valencia there are many people around, who eats and talks, especially young boys and girls, and this is very nice.

We are students from the Netherlands. We had school for a week and we have learned a lot. Our Spanish level is a lot higher now. We visited the shisha bar and we are going to visit la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. The weather is  lot better in here. And we like the fireworks of las Fallas. We’re looking forward to the 19th March. Then is the real las Fallas and then there is fiesta everywhere. Valencia is a beautiful city and we recommend it. Pablo y Victor are really good teachers and they’re nice and easy.

Hola! We are a group of students from the Netherlands. We went to classes for a week and we have learned how to speak and understand Spanish. It’s nice that we go to la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, which is organized by the school. Also the teachers are really motivated to teach us español. The two weeks we are here las Fallas begins. It is cool to see all the people enjoy the fireworks! The weather was also very nice and Valencia has a lot of fascinating history. We want to thank the teachers for their support and their time. We definitely want to go back to Valencia!
