Fuck, what a Spanish school! (Forgive me for using this language, Mariajo – a professor at Taronja School) It is not the first Spanish school I visit, but since I walked in the door I could feel a very positive atmosphere and optimism, I was involved in immediately. The teachers are highly qualified, professional, brilliant and sociable and with the great fantasy of them the lessons are far away from being boring.

The extracurricular activities are great, very attractive and sometimes epic! Both, students and teachers, gather in large numbers for cultural trips, dinners, parties and other activities that vary depending on the week. The school has just the right size to create a family atmosphere where you have the opportunity to experience a huge variety and knowledge of different cultures. Valencia is a very cool city, with an interesting historical center, a great beach and several neighborhoods, where people go out to eat and have parties. Unfortunately my adventure only lasted for two weeks, but without a doubt I would recommend the school to all those who want to study in Valencia! Taronja, thank you very much for the memorable experience!

My name is Judith and I am from Austria. I am 20 years old and have stayed at Taronja for 3 weeks. I enjoyed the Spanish course here because the teachers are very open with a dynamic attitude and know the language very well. The Taronja School is very relaxed. Above all, the activities are perfect for the summer. Because of these activities and parties, I have met many good friends. As well as doing the intensive Spanish course, I also do an art course, twice a week. I enjoyed this course because they teach you how to draw the right way. The holidays were terrific for me. Thanks for everything.

Mathias

Mathias De Vos, alumno julio 2012

Mathias, student july 2012

Hello all! My name is Mathias, and the children in my Valencian family tell me that the «alias» for my name in Spanish is «aunt», as in the wife of a man, but I think that they are only kidding.I’m from Belgium, the small German-speaking part. What, say that again?!! German? No! I feel that i’m more Belgian. The problem is that Germany has lost all of its wars. The people at the school are friendly and always in a good mood. My family is great! She helps me with all of my problems and try to speak to me in Spanish as much as possible. Taronja School, I will see you later, next yea during my Erasmus year! See you soon!

Ricardi, student july 2012

Hello! I’m Riccardo, an Italian boy of 23 years. I was in Spain for my first time and it was also the first time of being in a language school for learning Spanish. Taronja School is perfect in every aspect. The Spanish teachers are qualified and the thing I liked most is that all teachers are qualified and that they are all young and friendly: it’s like having a few friends more! The directors and the interns have always organized something. So we could meet other people and experience Valencia. Activities are always fun. I hope to return to Taronja soon – one of the most pleasant experiences of my life! I’ll miss it!

Laura

My name is Laura and I am a Finnish journalist. I work a lot but I also like to study, for example, Spanish. In my country it is very cold in the summer, so I love the sun in Valencia. I also like the coffee shops, bars and the small streets of the city. Taronja school is very good and fun and the teachers are very friendly and competent.

Fernando

Fernando, director

Fernando, director of the school

Hello, Hello and Hello! I’m Fernando, although many people at the Spanish school call me Nando. This is a picture of me and my good friend Barry … I was born in Valencia and studied English and Italian Philology at University. Now I am one of the directores of TARONJA and I work mainly organizing weekly activities and international contacts for the Spanish school. Many times I’m traveling the world so that the foreign students get to know TARONJA, the coolest and most woderful Spanish school ever! The rest of the time I’m at school thinking about and planning lots of fun activities and specials so our students can have the best time of their life with us. I have many passions in my life: cooking, playing music, the mountains, organizing parties…by the way, I have a great friend named Chef Nando… 😉

Eireen

Eireen, alumna

Eireen, student may 2012

Hello, my name is Eireen from Switzerland, near the city of Basel and I’m 21 years old. More precisely I live in a village with many cows and goats. Now I’m in a gap year and work and travel. I love all languages but Spanish is the best of all, of course. I was at the Spanish school for two months and mostly learned Spanish but I also learned to cook with Chef Nando and to eat lots of paella and finally that my nickname Nini has a strange meaning in Spain: a person who neither studyies nor works. Okay, why not. I liked the schools teachers and the Spanish classes were varied and fun. I also like traveling, playing the violin, swimming and partying. In Valencia you can do everything! Valencia is a very beautiful city and has a good and relaxed athmosphere.

Martina

Martina Tampir, alumna agosto 2012

Martina, student august 2012

Hello! I am Martina from Austria. I’m studying Spanish because it is a very nice language, important and I also need it for college. I was at Taronja for 2 weeks this year but also spent a few weeks at Taronja in Valencia, last year. I went to Taronja because I liked it a lot. There are always things to do and that is very important. You can meet people from all parts of the world. This time, unfortunately, I could not go to the Tapas tour or international dinner because I’m working, but I had been last year and know that the activities are great. What I liked the most was the «Bous al Carrer» Picassent and therefore, would recommend that to each student. I can’t think of a better language school. In the future, I would like to work in Spain for a year to study Spanish translation and enjoy the life. I couldn’t have hoped to have formed better friendships with the students and the teachers. Finally, my time at Taronja was unforgettable. Kisses to all www.spanishcoursespain-valencia.com
