Hello! We are a group of very nice people who are coming from Como, a little city in Italy where there is a lake and a lot of green zones. We are between 16 and 18 years old and we like Spain a lot because the people are very friendly and social. During our week of excursion we went to alternated clases with activities related to tourism. We spoke with a lot of people who have explained us how the world of working runs, especially about companies and jobs related to law because we study Law and Economics. According to us Spanish isn’t that difficult because it’s similar to Italian and because the people are friendly we spoke more and so we learned more. During the night we went out and were we together and that’s why we don’t want to go back to our home but we hope return. We recommend you this experience. Hello! We are a group of Italian students from the north of Italy. During this week we have learned a lot because the teachers are fantastic. The Spanish language is full of culture and the meaning is revealed during all of our happy moments this week: we read, we sang, we danced and learned during the classes because the most important thing to speak Spanish is the serenity and the power of willing. Thanks a lot to the teachers, Ana and Teresa, and to all the other people of Taronja School who gave us this vacation!

Hola! We are a group of students from The Netherlands. We went to classes for a week and we have learned how to speak and understand Spanish. It’s nice that we go to la Ciudad de las artes y las ciencias that’s organized by the school. Also the teachers are really motivated to learn us español. The two weeks we are here las Fallas begins. It is cool to see all the people enjoying the fireworks! The weather was also very nice and Valencia has a lot of fascinating history. We want to thank the teachers for their support and their time. We definitely want to go back to Valencia! We are estudiantes from Holanda. We had school for a week and we have learned a lot. Our Spanish level is a lot higher now. We visited the shisha bar and we are going to visit la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. The weather is a lot better in here. And we like the fireworks of Las Fallas. We’re looking forward to the 19th of march. Then is the real Fallas and then there is fiesta everywhere. Valencia is a beautiful city and we recommend it. Pablo and Victor are really good teachers and they’re nice and easy.

Our experience in the school Taronja was very nice. The teachers are funny and the activities are interesting. All the students enjoyed the clases and the given opportunities. It would be fantastic to come back! Valencia is an easy and peaceful city, you have a lot of interesting things to visit. The experience was fantastic although the weather wasn’t at its best. A kiss from the Italian girls! Taronja is the awesomest school ever! Our experience was very nice and we enjoyed it a lot during the clases and all the recommended activities (above all the central market and the beach). The teachers were very nice and sweet. We’re sure we aren’t going to forget these days here! A lot of Italian kisses! What we have liked the most is: first the city of arts and sciences because it’s really modern and there are very interesting and interactive installations. After that we have liked to dance in Mya , the typical dishes, the typical recipe with eggs and potatoes called tortilla and the sangria. The flamenco cours and the historical city center, also, have pleased us a lot. Valencia is a young and cool city. We have liked the Spanish courses a lot because of the diversion and the new knowledge. We did activities like going on the street to speak with Spanish people, we used tablets and an interactive board, we cooked, we danced flamenco but we also talked between each other to improve our pronunciation and our vocabulary. We would like to have classes like this for always! The thing we have liked the most about the school has been the activity of learning on the streets, which had improved our Spanish level and which was also very funny. It was very interesting to participate with the cooking and flamenco activities what made us get to know the habits and brought us closer to the Spanish culture. The thing we have liked the most about Valencia has been  the city of arts and sciences because it’s an interesting and nice architectural building. Also we have liked the style of all the other public and private buildings and above all the partying atmosphere during the Fallas.

Hello! We are students from Russia. We were really impressed by this journey. We visited a lot of interesting places. For example, the city of arts and sciences, the beach of Valencia, shopping halls, we went by bike in the river Turia, we went on the Miguilette and on Torres de Serano. We were really lucky because we could see the biggest party: Las Fallas! We saw things that we haven’t seen in our life yet, how they burn all the dolls and the beautiful fireworks. We like to thank our Spanish and Russian teachers because they gave us the opportunity to have a wonderful time here in the atmosphere of a beautiful city!

We spent two wonderful weeks in Valencia with Taronja Spanish School. As we were part of the cultural and artistic programme, our classes were focused on themes like photography, theatre, design and Valencian art and culture. Our teachers Flor and Pablo were great and always made the classes interesting and dynamic. Later during the days, we enjoyed some of the regular socio-cultural activities that Taronja offers to its students. We practiced our language skills during the language exchange and the Paella night was just great! The second week of our stay gave us many opportunities to be creative and show our talent in several workshops we attended. We liked the best the Grafitti workshop with a local Spanish guy Nacho. We also did a costumes workshop and ceramics workshop that were both fabulous! In addition, we went to the famous exhibition of photography World Press Photo and enjoyed the microtheatre show. During our free time we explored Valencia and its history, culture and fiestas. We had a great time with Taronja and its team! Thank you so much 🙂

Edoardo, Enrico, Pietro, Francesco. We think that Taronja is a really good school because Marta and Guillermo are always ready to teach and interact with the students. School starts at 9am and lasts for four hours. We really liked the activities because we studied and had a good time too. We met and spoke to lots of people. We really enjoyed the last day, where we watched Chef Fernando cooking typical Spanish food and then we ate together afterwards. We have been learning Spanish in the school this week and we really like it. Thanks to the course we have learnt a lot and the teachers are really good and friendly. We are from a school in Bolonia called Collegia San Luigi and we are here for a school trip. We really like the school, it has really fun classes and really nice teachers. We hope to come back for another unforgettable trip. We will miss you! Martina, Sofia, Achille, Carlo, y Alberto. We have really enjoyed this experience and we have learnt a lot. On the first day we explored the Old Town. We danced Salsa with a great teacher. We went to a Valencian cooking class with Fernando. The food was great and so was the Flamenco show. Marta and Guillermo are brilliant teachers who know how to teach students. We also went to the City of Arts and Sciences, the Fallas Musuem, and the Oceanographic which was really nice. Enrico, Martina, Alice, y Camilia. These holidays have been useful for learning Spanish and we have had a really good time. The place is very comfortable, the people are nice and so are the teachers. The best day was Wednesday when we went to the beach and played football and went hiking. We have learnt a lot and had an amazing time.

¨Out experience at Taronja was very fun. The teachers (Marta and Josevi) were very funny and because of this they taught a lot. In class, we learnt colloquial expressions and translations, (for example Fallas) and because of this, we can understand the culture of Spain better than before. Outside of class we had the opportunity to speak Spanish all of the time, it was incredible and it helped us to improve our fluency with the language. Also, we loved the salsa class, the monuments, the beach, tapas and the paella. To conclude, the experience was great!¨

Zara, Moa Ravn, Vilma, Clara, Matilda, Annie, Jesper, Sofia:   ¨We have been in Taronja for only 1 week and we have already learnt a lot. The teaching has been super great, and of course the teachers too. But the most important has been the experience of being in a place where they speak spanish. Also, the digital resources were great and useful.   It was a great experience and we have had great teachers.   A lot of sun, fantastic architecture y incredible fireworks… and of course a great school! We learnt a lot (paella is not rice with things!) and we feel more safe with our spanish.   It has been a great week that I will never forget 🙂   Thank you for everything. It has been a fantastic experience. I learnt a lot of new things, and I was able to improve my knowledge. I will never forget this week (and of course the frog!)   We learnt a lot and more importantly – it was a great trip!   I spent a fantastic week at Taronja. Now I speak spanish as if it were my maternal language.

In Valencia, there is good weather and there is  a lot of sun, but it rained yesterday. Later, we went to the cinema which was great. Valencia is very beautiful and big. It is never boring. ¨

¨Valencia is a beautiful city. We like: the bike ride, playing at the beach, Oceonographic, and Zorbing, the food was great, the hold houses and the graffiti. The weather was great and it was hot. Finally, we find Valencia interesting, beautiful and old. But we love Valencia.¨
